The video you see below is just a test of the engine of the Nightstalker video game that is currently in development and that will surely delight fans of the vampire saga like me.
This test proves that the classic Vampire Killer, Konami's first game for the second generation MSX released in 1986, could indeed have scrolling ! Something that Nintendo console users were lucky enough to enjoy that same year.
In addition to the scrolling , the video also draws attention to the opening melody played by SCC and the color palette adapted to the colors of the NES.
Will it be possible to see it happen? I'd like to think so. Maybe it will be via an IPS patch for the original game's ROM. And if not, I certainly see it as difficult due to obvious copyright issues. In any case, let's enjoy the minute that the video lasts, nobody will take that away from us.
